DR, Denmark’s national public-service broadcaster, recently set out to identify the 100 greatest Danish songs of all time. The project invited the public to vote for their favourites, resulting in a list shaped by popular opinion.

Danish musician Uffe Lorenzen – known as the frontman of the psychedelic rock bands Baby Woodrose and Spids Nøgenhat. Latest album “Glemte Spor“, filled with cover versions of more or less obscure Danish oldies but goodies. On a hot Saturday night Uffe Lorenzen took over the decks at Drop Inn and spun his favorite Danish tracks. Later he was kind enough to compile his own personal Top 100 of Danish songs.

Drawing from Lorenzen’s list, m90 has selected 20 favourites and turned them into a mixtape.
